Terms and conditions

1. Promoter. This promotion is run by [Chillblast Limited, company number 15489941, registered office: ADDRESS] ("Chillblast", "we", "us").

2. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. You only need an X (Twitter) account.

3. Entry period. The promotion opens when the giveaway post is published on the @chillblast X account on 6 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 18 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not count.

4. How to enter. During the entry period you must do all three of the following:

a) repost the @chillblast giveaway post;

b) reply to the giveaway post with a comment (what you write does not affect your chances of winning); and

c) follow @chillblast, and still be following when the winner is drawn.

5. One entry per person. Each person may enter once, however many X accounts they have. Entries from bulk, automated or bot accounts, or from accounts created mainly to enter giveaways, will be disqualified.

6. Who can enter. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Chillblast and its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion cannot enter. We may ask the winner to prove their age and UK residency.

7. The prize. One prize is available: one Cryo Click Wireless Gaming Mouse. No other items shown in any promotional images are included. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred. If something outside our control means the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or around 19 October 2026.

9. Notifying the winner. We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the draw, only from the @chillblast X account, by reply or direct message. We will never ask for payment, bank details or passwords. If the winner does not reply within 7 days of us first contacting them, or does not meet these terms, we may draw another winner.

10. Delivery. We will send the prize, free of charge, to a UK address within 28 days of the winner giving us their delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or by incorrect details supplied by the winner.

11. Announcement. By entering, the winner agrees that we can publish their X username as the winner on the @chillblast X account. We will not publish their real name without separate permission. On request, we will provide the winner's first name and county to anyone who asks about the result.

12. Your data. We use entrants' X usernames and public entry activity only to run this promotion. We collect the winner's name, address and contact details only to deliver the prize. We will not use any of this information for marketing unless you separately agree to it. For more information, see our privacy policy.

13. X is not involved. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by X Corp, and is not connected with it in any way.

14. Our rights. If something outside our reasonable control makes it necessary, we may cancel, change or suspend the promotion. We will do our best to keep any impact on entrants to a minimum. We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

15. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

16. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
