How long is my warranty?
All Chillblast desktop PCs and laptops come with a 5-year warranty at no extra cost. Outlet/clearance products are excluded and carry their own warranty terms listed at point of sale.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labour for the first 2 years, and labour only for years 3–5. In the unlikely event your PC is lost or becomes uneconomical to repair within warranty, we'll replace it with equivalent hardware. Please note we cannot be liable for data loss — we strongly recommend regular backups.
What is your returns policy?
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the same means of payment as you used when placing the order. We can organise a courier collection (from UK addresses) if you are unable to arrange a return by other means, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel your order and return it for a full refund, you have up to a total of 14 calendar days to contact us after the final receipt of your order. You must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) if you wish to cancel your order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, but the collect-and-return warranty service applies to UK addresses only. If you are outside the UK, any shipping costs for warranty repairs would not be covered. The products we sell are designed to work with UK specifications only. You should also check to see if the products we sell will work with your local area's electronics specifications. If they are not compatible, we are unable to offer cancellation or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
You must report any shortages, incorrect goods, or delivery damage to us promptly. Chillblast cannot accept liability for issues reported outside the relevant timescale, except where extenuating circumstances prevented earlier notification.
Do you offer ongoing technical support?
Yes, Chillblast provides lifetime technical support via email and phone, even outside of your warranty period. We'll advise on the best course of action for any issue.
