level of service, we do not use forms or any other kind of “enote” system for
our returns procedure. Should you find that a product you have purchased from
chillblast develops a fault, please contact us by email using
returns@chillblast.com
Please include all relevant
information, which may include, but is not restricted to:
Your Name
Your Order ID
Your system specification
The product purchased
A detailed description of the fault
As a first resort, we will
always try to solve the issue by offering technical advice. This solves at least
90% of issues, meaning no return is necessary. If it becomes apparent that the
product is faulty and needs to be replaced, we will issue an RMA number via
email.
DO NOT send back packages
without a valid RMA number, as we will have no way of tracking either the
progress of your return, or who sent the item. Packages returned without an RMA
number will be rejected and returned to the sender.
